Surf fishing
You need a saltwater license on the beach (ages 16+).[SCDNR FAQ] Fish the troughs and sloughs at moving tides. Targets are whiting, pompano, red drum, bluefish, and the fall spot run. At Myrtle Beach State Park, you can't surf fish where lifeguards are on duty.[SC Parks] Check your town's beach ordinances in summer.
